Postcard to her mother describing treatment for her warts, her attempt to not eat candy for a week, and her schoolwork.

Transcript

[6 December, 1934] Morning - Talk about inspiration - the warts have been attacked and are well on the process of recovery from their electrical [illegible: shock?]. It hasn’t snowed yet - and do hope it won’t. Received box of fudge from Mum Mum - & I had resolutely decided to give up candy this week! I shall keep them in tin until Monday. Work voluminous, but sleep impt. Anyway I can always peep from behind her skirts [image: drawing of a person in a dress from the waist down with a smiling face peeping from behind the skirt] Love, Ginger
