Dear Miss Soong,

A week from today I sail from
[Kolie] for Shanghai, where I am
due May second. The pleasure
of seeing you before is so warm
and vivid that I hope I may
have the good fortune again.
I will write you as soon as I
am settled in Shanghai. Please
let [] see me if your father's
health and home demands
do not keep you too busy.
I have not my address book
with me but I am eager to
send you advance greeting and [page break]
to tell you again of the happiness
I felt on our last meeting.

Yours very cordially,
Sophie Hart.
